Our organisation can offer 6 free counselling sessions to those on low income, who have experienced increased stress due to the corona virus, particularly through isolation and caring responsibilities, for example lone parents, carers, families caring for children with an autism diagnosis and those who have experienced domestic abuse. Please phone or email us if you think you are eligible for this service.
Relationship counselling provides a confidential setting for couples and individuals to explore difficulties they experience in their relationship. Counselling can be helpful for clients who experience the following:
- Poor communication
- Sexual difficulties
- Reforming of families; stepfamilies
- Stress at work
Counselling can also help clients who want to separate or for whom their relationship has ended.
