Please note, from 6-1-2022 we have moved all face to face counselling to online delivery, due to the spread of the omicron variant. We will resume face to face counselling as soon as it is safe to do so, hopefully in the next few weeks. If you would like to access counselling please fill out the online contact form and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are in crisis and need immediate support , please contact your GP or the Samaritans.
Our organisation can offer 6 free counselling sessions to those on low income, who have experienced increased stress due to the corona virus, particularly through isolation and caring responsibilities, for example lone parents, carers, families caring for children with an autism diagnosis and those who have experienced domestic abuse. Please email us if you think you are eligible for this service.
