A service for people experiencing difficulties in their marriage or relationship.

We have resumed face to face counselling at our office in Kirkcaldy. However, most of the  counselling still takes place online, using zoom. If you would like to access counselling please fill out the online contact form and we will respond as soon as possible. If you are in crisis and need immediate support , please contact your GP or the Samaritans.

Our organisation can offer 6 free counselling sessions to those on low income, who have experienced increased stress due to the corona virus, particularly through isolation and caring responsibilities, for example lone parents, carers, families caring for children with an autism diagnosis and those who have experienced domestic abuse. Please email us if you think you are eligible for this service.

Relationship counselling provides a confidential setting for couples and individuals to explore difficulties they experience in their relationship.  Counselling can be helpful for clients who experience the following:

  • Poor communication
  • Infidelity
  • Sexual difficulties
  • Reforming of families; stepfamilies
  • Stress at work

Counselling can also help clients who want to separate or for whom their relationship has ended.

Relationships Scotland Couple Counselling Fife (RSCCF) offers a counselling service to adults in Fife, regardless of marital status, age, religion or sexual orientation.
