A service for people experiencing difficulties in their marriage or relationship.

Due to the covid19 pandemic RSCCF has cancelled all face to face counselling and has replaced this by online counselling, using zoom. Our organisation can offer 6 free counselling sessions to those on low income, who have experienced increased stress, particularly through isolation and caring responsibilities, for example lone parents, carers, families caring for children with an autism diagnosis. Please contact us by email if you would like to access this service.

Relationship counselling provides a confidential setting for couples and individuals to explore difficulties they experience in their relationship.  Counselling can be helpful for clients who experience the following:

  • Poor communication
  • Infidelity
  • Sexual difficulties
  • Reforming of families; stepfamilies
  • Stress at work

Counselling can also help clients who want to separate or for whom their relationship has ended.

Relationships Scotland Couple Counselling Fife (RSCCF) offers a counselling service to adults in Fife, regardless of marital status, age, religion or sexual orientation.
